Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Businesses (Secondary)

overview

Supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander owned business does not simply mean procuring these businesses. It also entails appreciating, respecting and accommodating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander philosophies, priorities and practices in terms of ‘doing business.’ Using a short Ninti One film as a stimulus, students develop an understanding of ‘doing business Aboriginal way’ so as to be able to constructively compare non-Indigenous and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander business attitudes, approaches and aspirations.
