The RAP Working Group can facilitate this activity with staff members to guide decision making around the committments your school or early learning service wants to include in your RAP. This activity requires all staff to reflect on the current level of engagement with reconciliation initiatives within your school or early learning service, and consider where opportunities exist to celebrate current action or strive for increased commitment. Your RAP Working Group can use the outcomes of this activity to add Actions to the RAP and plan how to implement them.
