Improving knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures will benefit all Australian students, both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous. It is therefore important that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives and content is integrated into the curriculum.
