Students learn about how Elders and Traditional Owners keep and share knowledge about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures. Students then collaborate with Elders or Traditional Owners to come up with a plan for recording appropriate and selected stories.

Using the Australian Human Rights Commission’s suite of RightsEd: Human Rights in the School Classroom resources and activities, students engage in thinking and discussion around the ways different sets of rights work together to tackle prejudice, encourage respect and ensure all peoples' rights are met with equality and equity.
